Tracks 3,4,5 and 7 originally appeared on the CD "...lost", released in April of 1996 on Live Bait Recording Foundation.

Tracks 1,6,8 and 9 originally released on the CD "...loathe", released in July of 1997 on Live Bait Recording Foundation.

Track 2 is previously unreleased. Recorded Live at The Euclid Tavern on November 2nd 1997. First ever live performance.

Track 10 originally released on the cassette compilation, "Tape Heads Volume Four" in 1998 on HalTapes.

All material digitally remastered in January of 2019 by Stephen Petrus at Spirits in the Trees, Fairport Harbor, Ohio.
